Service usage terms description:

• The application is intended only for the transfer of documents of a working nature of companies of the Sev.en group or related companies.
• All saved files will be scanned for viruses.
• After checking, the HelpDesk staff will ensure delivery of the call to the recipient.
• The sender will be informed by e-mail about the delivery of the files to the recipient.
• In case of wrong address of the sender or recipient, the files will be deleted from the vault.
• It is forbidden to store illegal software and other data (mp3, images, videos, etc.) whose nature is in conflict with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic or other participating countries.
• The operator of the service, Infotea s.r.o., is not responsible for damages caused by the loss or disclosure of information during the transfer of data to/from the storage facility or during their storage.
• The operator of the service undertakes not to use the entered electronic addresses of users of the Storage room other than to send notifications about the storage of the shipment (in accordance with Act 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data). The information e-mail may include advertising messages from the operator of this portal or third parties. Addresses will not be used to send unsolicited letters, nor will they be given to a third party.
